We understand that unforeseen things can happen. To keep the risk fair for both sides, the following cancellation terms apply. A cancellation must be made in text form (e.g. by email). You remain free to prove that we incurred no damage or significantly lower damage or costs; in that case the fee is reduced accordingly.
- Up to 14 days before the workshopFree cancellation. Any payments already made are refunded in full (100 %).
- 13 to 7 days before the workshopCancellation fee amounting to 50 % of the participation fee.
- Less than 7 days before or no-showNo refund possible; the full participation fee is retained.
By confirming the offer you register bindingly for the workshop. You will then receive an invoice. The participation fee is due immediately after invoicing without deduction.
Seat reservation: To ensure high quality and individual support, seats are limited. Your seat is only firmly reserved once the full payment has been received.
Payment method: Payment is made by bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice.
