By registering, you confirm the payment and cancellation terms listed below.

Cancellation Terms

We understand that unforeseen things can happen. To keep the risk fair for both sides, the following cancellation terms apply. A cancellation must be made in text form (e.g. by email).

  • Up to 14 days before the workshop
    Free cancellation. Any payments already made are refunded in full (100 %).
  • 13 to 7 days before the workshop
    Cancellation fee amounting to 50 % of the participation fee.
  • Less than 7 days before or no-show
    No refund possible; the full participation fee is retained.
Substitute participant: You can transfer your spot to another person at any time free of charge. Please let us know the name and contact details of the substitute in good time before the workshop by email.
Payment Terms

By confirming the offer you register bindingly for the workshop. You will then receive an invoice. The participation fee is due immediately after invoicing without deduction.

Seat reservation: To ensure high quality and individual support, seats are limited. Your seat is only firmly reserved once the full payment has been received.

Payment method: Payment is made by bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice.
